Life as a Photography Student

Sorry for the lack of post over the summer months. I did some light travels and a summer course at George Brown for photography during the summer. After some extensive research, I decided to pursue my interest in photography further, and see where it would take me. George Brown College offered 1 introductory course in photography during the summer, so I decided to take it. I wasn't sure what to expect, whether or not I would enjoy school again or photography on a whole new level.

The Inca City of Machu Picchu

The Inca City of Machu Picchu

Machu Picchu is extraordinary and beautiful. Is definitely worth visiting, especially via the Inca Trail. Here's a collection of photos from my recent trip to Peru, taken by either myself or friends from the group.

The Amazing Inca Trail

Trail on Day 3 near the Jungle Cloud Forest

Let me say, I wouldn't have done this unbelievable adventure without my friend Ivy. She once said to me, "we can only do this while we're young, and the experience won't be the same when we're older," referring to a cancel trip to trek in Malaysia last year. So, when she told me about Peru, I jumped at the chance to join with her co-workers, knowing that this would be my only opportunity to do something adventurous this year.

Los Angeles In Less Than 24 Hours

Los Angeles In Less Than 24 Hours

Here's my guide to visiting Los Angeles in less than 24hours. This is an excellent way to kill time if you're waiting for an 8+ hours connecting flight out of LAX airport. I saw everything beautiful about LA in less than 24 hours.

Note: This guide will only work successfully if you have a car to drive around, so the first thing you'll need to do is rent a car before leaving the airport. If your phone doesn't have a built-in map app, then I suggest you to rent a GPS system with the car. The map will be a useful guide to helping you navigate around the city faster. Taking public transit is not recommended. You can't possibly go everywhere using public transit with the small time frame. Btw. I thought Toronto has bad traffic, LA is worst!

Hello Readers,

Sorry for the lack of posts over the last few months. I've been busy but that's no excuse since posting only takes about 30 minutes or so. Don't worry. I have numerous travel plans this year and will make all efforts to blog about them. I won't tell you about my next destination end of this month, but it will be something to blog about =)

Where to Travel on Holiday in 2012

Where to Travel on Holiday in 2012

I am looking for a travel destination for this spring/summer for the family. I prefer it to be all-inclusive resort, however, it doesn't have to be if we can find a cheap destination to travel to. My mother wants to visit Mexico, but I've been there already while my brother wants to visit the Caribbean islands. I've did some research and found an all-inclusive resort in Cancun for 7Days for $1052 at the Omni Cancun. I can't seem to find any good deals for Jamaica, which is where I prefer to travel to.
